Earlier this year, Scott retired from the IFA and with two other industry giants, namely Tom Portesy, CEO of MFV Expos and Gary Gardner, Co-Founder and Chairman of Franchise Update Media Group, formed GT&S Franchise Executive Search, to help franchise companies build out and grow their teams with high quality franchise executives.
